DELETE YOUR
XENE ACCOUNT.

You can permanently delete your account directly in XENE. The action cannot be undone.

[ FASTEST / IN THE APP ]

  1. 01
    OPEN XENE

    Sign in to the account you want to delete.

  2. 02
    GO TO SETTINGS

    Open the Settings screen from XENE navigation.

  3. 03
    CHOOSE DELETE ACCOUNT

    Scroll to “Delete account” and tap Delete.

  4. 04
    CONFIRM

    Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

DELETED

ACCOUNT + USER DATA

Your authentication account and associated user-owned data, including saved items and game history, are deleted through XENE’s account-deletion process.

NOT AFFECTED

THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS

Deleting XENE does not delete your SoundCloud, Bandcamp, YouTube, Beatport, Twitch, or other external accounts.

MAY BE RETAINED

LEGAL + SECURITY RECORDS

Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

IMPORTANT /

Deleting the XENE app from your phone does not delete your account. Use one of the methods above.
